My report shows lymphopenia. What does it mean? It is also mentioning mild anisocytosis with microcytic hypochromic cells.

This suggests possible viral infection, lymphopenia and iron deficiency anemia microcytic hypochromia. Surgery not needed. Iron supplements and recheck after 1 month.

Why do I sometimes suddenly feel a chill during the day? I have checked my fever but it is 97.4. Four days ago my WBC was slightly elevated and today it is back to normal.
