Question
My report shows lymphopenia. What does it mean? It is also mentioning mild anisocytosis with microcytic hypochromic cells.

This suggests possible viral infection, lymphopenia and iron deficiency anemia microcytic hypochromia. Surgery not needed. Iron supplements and recheck after 1 month.
