My report shows lymphopenia. What does it mean? It is also mentioning mild anisocytosis with microcytic hypochromic cells.

This suggests possible viral infection, lymphopenia and iron deficiency anemia microcytic hypochromia. Surgery not needed. Iron supplements and recheck after 1 month.

I am 22 years old and have been experiencing chest pain on the left side. I recently had a blood test, and the report shows an elevated WBC count of 12,440 and neutrophils at 77. All other parameters are within the normal range. Could this be a sign of blood cancer, or is it related to some other infection or condition?
