My report shows a well-defined 20 mm anterior wall defect in the supra umbilical region with herniation of bowel loops. I've had fever and stomach discomfort for a few days is this dangerous? Should I consider surgery and how safe is it?

A supraumbilical hernia with bowel herniation and symptoms like fever and discomfort can be serious and may require surgery. It's important to consult with a doctor immediately for evaluation and treatment. Surgery is generally recommended to reduce the risk of complications like strangulation, which can be life-threatening

Is it possible to just remove gallstones without taking out the whole gallbladder? Some doctors recommend surgery but say the gallbladder needs to be removed entirely. I'd prefer finding a surgeon who can take out only the stones is that an option?
yes advised.

I'm a 30-year-old active guy who plays sports and my wedding is coming up in April 2022. Just found out I have small bilateral inguinal hernias. Wondering if I should get the surgery done now or if it's okay to wait until after the wedding since I don't want it to affect my big day or recovery
It's generally recommended to repair bilateral inguinal hernias, even if they are small, due to the risk of complications like strangulation. However, the timing of the surgery can be discussed with your surgeon based on your individual needs and priorities.
