My right eye has a 6D prescription and my left eye is at 8D. Even with glasses, my vision is only 66. Is there any way to get my normal eyesight back maybe through diet, meds, or surgery? I'm really worried about my myopia getting worse.

I've had high myopia for the past 2 years with my right eye at SPH 4.0 CYL 5.0 AXIS 20 VA 624 and left eye SPH 3.5 CYL 4.5 AXIS 160 VA 69.
