My right eye has a 6D prescription and my left eye is at 8D. Even with glasses, my vision is only 66. Is there any way to get my normal eyesight back maybe through diet, meds, or surgery? I'm really worried about my myopia getting worse.

I've had multiple eye surgeries including gas tamponade for retinal detachment 14 years ago and cataract surgery last year. Recently had silicon oil removal but my retina detached again.
