My right testicle hangs about an inch lower than the left is this normal? How can I increase the length if needed? Are there any diet changes or would surgery be the only option?

Everything else like length and width, especially during an erection, seems normal and there's no pain. I read online about Peyronie's disease, but I don't think that's what I have since it's been this way since childhood and it's painless. The bend makes it difficult to penetrate during sex. Are there any proven treatments, invasive or non-invasive, that could help with this? Is it possible for me to have a regular straight penis?

I've been diagnosed with frenulum breve and one surgeon recommended circumcision while another suggested frenuloplasty I'm really confused about which option is better for my condition. Could you help me understand the pros and cons of each?
Circumcision can also help in treating the tight frenulum. But, not only the frenulum, it removes the entire foreskin of the penis. Therefore, frenuloplasty is the best treatment option for tight frenulum. It does not affect the rest of the foreskin and leaves it intact
