my ring finger has a fracture just above the top joint - will this heal with just a plaster or do i need surgery for it

I've been having looseness and instability in my knee with some pressure, and when I stand on one leg and bend the other knee, I hear a mild obstructive sound. My MRI showed subtle signal changes in the ACL and a bit of fluid in the patellofemoral joint space. Can this be fully treated with physio, or would arthroscopic surgery work better? What's the most effective solution for this?

I'm really struggling with sitting on a chair for more than 8 hours a day. It's causing me some heavy lower and upper back pain, and on top of that, I'm experiencing shortness of breath pretty frequently. I've spoken to a few doctors, and they've suggested B12 for the back pain and some gastric tablets for the breathing issues, but I still haven't seen much improvement. I'm getting a bit worried. Do you have any advice on what else I could try or what might be going on?

I have a rod in my left leg from a tibia fracture and it's been causing me pain sometimes. I'm thinking about getting it removed but I'm not sure how long the recovery would take after the surgery.
