My sinuses are killing me and the pain is unbearable, especially when I lie down it feels like someone's smashing my nose with a hammer. My throat hurts too and there's so much pressure building up. I really don't want to go straight to surgery or antibiotics, are there any natural remedies that can help with this?

Sinus pressure occurs when the membranes that line your nasal passages become irritated or inflamed. Mucus may also build up and stop draining, leading to pain and pressure. Causes include colds, allergies and sinus infections. Taking over-the-counter medications and keeping your sinuses moist can help ease discomfort.

View allI'm really struggling with tinnitus and I'm desperate to find a solution. It's been about 4 months now and I've already tried Otocap, Goonj Forte, Lecope, and Cefakind 250, but they only helped reduce the sound by about 50%. My tinnitus started from depression, high blood pressure, and constipation. I'm curious if there's any doctor in India who's successfully treated someone with tinnitus and they fully recovered. I've attached my audiogram report too. Can you share any advice or experiences with treatments that really worked?

I'm doing gargling and taking steam every day. Today, I had my COVID-19 test because my parents tested positive. I don't have any symptoms, but about an hour after the test, I started spitting blood mixed with saliva, and it happened about ten times. Could this be because of the throat swab test since they took my sample from the throat?
Yes that could be due to throat swab test no need to worry you can ignore it,consume warm food aand maintain healthy life style
