My sinuses are killing me and the pain is unbearable, especially when I lie down it feels like someone's smashing my nose with a hammer. My throat hurts too and there's so much pressure building up. I really don't want to go straight to surgery or antibiotics, are there any natural remedies that can help with this?

Sinus pressure occurs when the membranes that line your nasal passages become irritated or inflamed. Mucus may also build up and stop draining, leading to pain and pressure. Causes include colds, allergies and sinus infections. Taking over-the-counter medications and keeping your sinuses moist can help ease discomfort.

I'm a bit worried because I've noticed a small lump on the right side of my neck. It feels a bit firm, and I'm not sure if it's something serious or if it could just be a swollen lymph node. It hasn't really changed in size or become painful, but it's making me anxious. Should I be concerned about this, or is it something that might just go away on its own? What could be causing this lump, and do I need to get it checked out soon?

I've had this pain on the middle right side of my throat when I yawn or swallow saliva for about 3 weeks now. Plus, I have this weird lump sensation in my throat. I went to the doctor, and she didnt see anything wrong, but didnt explain why this is happening. It's really been worrying me because I'm generally healthy, eat well, and I'm pretty active. I do drink sometimes and smoke a few cigarettes a day. What's going on? Should I be concerned?

that could be mucosal congestion, consume warm foods and take warm fluids,it itself heal.

I'm really worried about my 2-month-old son's hearing. He didn't pass the OAE test, and when we went for the BERA test, the right ear showed no response, and the left only a slight response at higher thresholds. Some folks tell me that hearing can still develop until he's around 1.5 years old, but our pediatrician thinks we should see an ENT for possible interventions once he turns 6 months. I'm torn about what to do. Can anyone recommend a good doctor who specializes in this? Also, are there any effective treatment options we should consider?

Its completely understandable to feel unsure and worried about your babys health, but following the pediatricians guidance to see an ENT specialist after 6 months is a wise decision. Early intervention can significantly improve the chances of normal speech and language development.
