My skin has been looking like it's aging quickly, almost like older people's skin, and I can't figure out why. And over the past two years, I've noticed it's also becoming much whiter. It's really concerning mewhat could be causing these changes?

I'm really concerned because my son was just diagnosed with pre vitiligo and has this peri patch near his right eye. The doctor mentioned it's a lengthy two-year treatment but assured me there's a good chance of success in kids. He seems healthy otherwise since all his test reports came back normal. We were given lanzol junior tablets and purolh syrup to take alternately for two months, along with emolene cream for his face. But now I'm noticing that the area under his left eye is getting lighter too. I've heard there's no real cure for vitiligo, and I'm really anxious about whether he will be cured. Could you please provide some guidance on this?

Vitiligo is an unpredictable condition. Children do get very good response. Patches are usually bilaterally symmetrical in vitiligo, means if one elbow is affected other may also be affected. So same goes with one side of face. We have a lot of treatment strategies bit we cannot predict a recurrence.
