I'm really worried because over the past 45 months, my face has been getting darker. It has reached a point where it looks like there's a black layer covering my skin. What could be causing this, and is there anything that can help lighten it or stop it from getting worse?

I've been losing a lot of hair lately and it's really worrying me. I switched to herbal shampoo and oil but it hasn't made any difference. My hair keeps falling out every day and I'm not sure what to do. I don't want surgery can medications alone help with this?
