I've been experiencing a skin issue where my neck has been significantly darker than the rest of my skin for about five years now. Recently, I've also noticed that I'm starting to get darkness around my nose. It's really been bothering me, and I'm curious about what might be causing this. I'm really worried about this skin rash I've had for 3 years. It always seems to flare up after I chew tobacco. The rash just doesn't go away easily, and I have to take half a Cetrizine pill to get some relief. I'm really concerned if this could be related to HIV. Can you help?
