My skin near my testicles is changing color, and it's getting really soft. Now, it's starting to crack, and there's even some bleeding. It's quite painful. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

View allMy face seems to be getting darker, even though Im pretty careful about avoiding the sun and staying out of pollution. Im really puzzled because I thought I was taking good care of my skin. Could there be something else going on with it?
You may be experiencing hyperpigmentation. I recommend using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone, such as Melalite cream, to help lighten the dark spots on your skin. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected areas once daily in the evening. Additionally, using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher during the day can help prevent further darkening of the skin. Make sure to consult with a dermatologist before starting any new treatment.

I had minor skin surgery and my doctor recommended a CBP test. The results show my RBC and RDW are high while MCH, MCV, and MCHC are lower than normal. I don't have any concerning symptoms and consider myself healthy should I be worried about these results?
Your RBC and RDW being high, along with low MCH, MCV, and MCHC, might suggest some mild anemia or other factors affecting red blood cells. Since you're not experiencing symptoms, its likely not a serious concern, but it's a good idea to follow up with your haematologist to understand the context of these results.

It's really surprising how dark my skin has become, and I'm wondering if theres any permanent treatment, medicine, or lotion that can help prevent sun tan and other causes of skin darkening.
