My son 6 years old is suffering from fever for the past 2 days. His urine report states albumin positive, pus cells 4 to 6, RBCs 1 to 2, and amorphous deposits positive. What does it mean?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Mild urinary infection is possible given albumin and pus cells in urine. He may need antibiotics if symptoms persist. Encourage fluids. Please do the required urine culture and consult a pediatrician.

Sir, I drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily, but I pass only about 700 to 800 ml of urine per day. A few days ago, I had a kidney infection, but now my reports are normal. Both urine routine and culture tests are normal. What could be the reason?
