Mild urinary infection is possible given albumin and pus cells in urine. He may need antibiotics if symptoms persist. Encourage fluids. Please do the required urine culture and consult a pediatrician.

I have been suffering from a high fever ranging from 102F to 104.6F for the past 5 days. Under my doctor advice, I have undergone tests for malaria, dengue, typhoid, and CBC, all of which came back normal with no problems detected. I am taking my medications properly, but the fever, headaches, and body pain persist. My wife is 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. On 31st August, her urine report indicates a trace of protein. Earlier, on 19th August, there was no trace of protein in the urine. Is this a matter of serious concern?
