My son has penoscrotal hypospadias and I'm really worried about it. Can you suggest the best hypospadias surgeon and hospital for treatment? Also, what would be the approximate cost of the surgery?

My son is 4 years old and he's been having this cough with mucus for a while. Every time he coughs, I can feel and hear the mucus in his lungs, but it just won't come out. It's really worrying me. Our doctor suggested giving him Montair LC Kid syrup for four days, and mentioned that if things don't get better, we'd have to try nebulization. When I looked up Montair LC, it seemed to be more for allergies or asthma. Is it really safe to give him this syrup, and will it actually help with the mucus in his chest?

Yes ,continue same treatment.

I've been having this really uncomfortable itching around my anus at night, and it's been driving me crazy because it's making me lose out on sleep. I even noticed some white worms coming from there but only at night. It's a bit concerning because I feel like I need to go to the toilet repeatedly. What could this be? Should I be worried?

I'm really worried about my 15-year-old daughter. Can I give her Dolo 650 for her fever or menstrual pain? I'm just concerned if that's too high of a dosage for her. Would love your advice!
