A hydrocele may resolve on its own, but if it persists or causes discomfort, surgery is usually recommended. If there’s no pain or other symptoms, observation might be sufficient.

My boyfriend is 19 and his penis size is around 6 inches. We're wondering if there's a natural way to increase it. Could you give us any advice on this?

Penis size is largely determined by genetics, and at 19, most men have reached their full physical development. Natural methods such as maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, and managing stress may improve overall health, but there are no proven ways to significantly increase size. If there are concerns, consulting a healthcare professional for personalized advice is always a good step.

I've been feeling worried about my penis size. It's around 6 inches long but not very thick, and I've heard that thickness can be really important for sexual intercourse. I'm wondering if there's a doctor here who can help me with this. Are there any medicines or other methods that can help increase my penis thickness? It's something I'd really like to improve.

It's completely normal to have concerns about body image, but it's important to understand that size and thickness are often less significant than factors like intimacy, trust, and communication in relationships. There are no proven medications or treatments for increasing penis thickness. If you're still concerned, I recommend speaking to a urologist for personalized advice and support.

Topical steroids and stretching exercises are first-line—surgery is needed only if medical therapy fails.
