My stool is hard and I've had constipation for 6 months. An ayurvedic doctor said it's 2nd degree and doesn't need surgery, but I'm looking for a permanent fix. I'm currently on ayurvedic meds but heard about kshar sutra therapy does it work permanently and what's the cost? Any advice would help

I've had pain on the left side of my chest and abdomen, and sometimes the pain radiates from one side to the other, even to the back of my chest. This has been happening for about 15 days now, and the pain seems to come and go in both my chest and abdomen. Sometimes it feels like it's in different spots, maybe the left side, and then suddenly it's on the right. I haven't noticed any cold or fever, which makes me even more curious about what's really going on. I'm currently taking these medications: Normaxin RT, Tryptomer 10 mg, Abphyline, Netova 400, and Covifit. I just received test results back, and the sputum for AFB test is negative. Could you please help me understand what might be causing all this?

I've been dealing with acid reflux and had an endoscopy that came back normal, but my 24-hour pH monitoring showed a DeMeester score of 17.6. Does this mean I'm a candidate for antireflux surgery, or do I have to stay on meds for life? Can I choose surgery instead?
