My wife is pregnant with a duration of one month and twenty four days. We consulted a gynecologist and did some blood and urine tests. In the test report my wife TSH shows 10.6 which is beyond the normal range of 2 to 4.68. We called the doctor and they said to please consult with the nearest physician for TSH treatment to start, but due to lockdown the nearest physician is not available. Please suggest any medicine for TSH control? I have attached the test report. Is there any further abnormality? Please do the needful. Thank you.

My mother has been taking Eltroxin 50 microgram every morning on an empty stomach. Recently, she has been experiencing heart palpitations, anxiety, and a fast heart rate. Her recent thyroid test results are
T3 (Total) is 0.7 (Normal is 0.7 to 2)
T4 (Total) is 15.16 (Normal is 5 to 12)
TSH is 1.72 (Normal is 0.55 to 4.7)
Should her Eltroxin dose be reduced?

My thyroid test on August 26 showed TSH 4.06, and I started taking Thyronorm 50 mcg for four months. I rechecked my thyroid today and the results are TSH: 5.14 FT3: 2.58 FT4: 1.13 Should I continue the same dose, or is an adjustment needed? My fasting blood sugar is 94 mg/dL. Please advise.
