Tonsillitis diagnosis involves a physical exam, asking about symptoms, and potentially throat swabs or blood tests to determine the cause. If tonsillectomy is recommended, you should discuss potential risks and benefits, ask questions, and follow your doctor's instructions carefully

A little of my Azeflo nasal spray dripped down my throat, and I'm worried because I ended up swallowing some of it. The taste was terrible and it made me vomit. Is that something I need to worry about?
A little of Azeflo nasal spray dripping down your throat and swallowing a little should not cause harm. However, if you are experiencing vomiting and an awful taste, it is best to rinse your mouth and drink some water to help alleviate the taste. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention.

I'm feeling this weird tightness in the muscles under my chin and down to my throat. It's not really painful, and there's no lump, but it just doesn't feel right inside. It's not constantly there, and I can eat and swallow just fine. It doesn't seem like a typical muscle strain either. Is there anything I can try at home to help with this?
