My urine culture report showed an infection, and I was prescribed Taxim and Urispas by a doctor. While I was on the medication, my symptoms were under control. However, today the symptoms have returned. I am experiencing burning during urination, urine leakage, abdominal discomfort, and mood irritation. You may have a persistent or resistant urinary tract infection. A repeat culture is needed to alter the antibiotic course. Meanwhile, stay hydrated, drink cranberry juice and follow up with a urologist. Also, maintain hygiene.
