In my urine test report, albumin is reported as +. Is this serious or not? I do not have kidney stones.

Trace albumin can occur with dehydration or mild infection. If persistent, evaluate kidney function.

I have undergone some tests for my kidneys and am seeking expert opinion. The right kidney measures 8.5 x 5.1 cm, and the left kidney measures 12.6 x 6.8 cm. The lab report states a shrunken right kidney with a scarred surface and pelviectasis, suggestive of sequelae of a prior infection.
