In my urine test report, albumin is reported as +. Is this serious or not? I do not have kidney stones.

Trace albumin can occur with dehydration or mild infection. If persistent, evaluate kidney function.

The lab report shows HbA1c 6.70, serum creatinine 2.75, uric acid 10.4, serum chloride 95, blood urea 120, BUN 56.1, hemoglobin 9.8, and blood sugar 113. Are these values normal? What should be done?
