My uterus is anteverted and bulky, measuring 10.9 x 6.2 x 4.5 cm on ultrasound. Should I be worried about needing surgery for this? The report mentions echotexture too what does that mean for my situation?

I'm a bit worried about a possible pregnancy risk. We were involved in fingering and jerking off, and I made sure to wear a condom the whole time, and also changed it during the act. I'm trying to get pregnant, and I've missed my period for over 25 days now. My last period was on January 16th. I did both a sonography and a urine pregnancy test, and both came back negative. My doctor suggested I take Deviry tablets, 10mg, two tabs a day, but there's still no sign of my period. This has never happened to me before. Could I still be pregnant somehow? I'm also starting to feel really nauseous and weak. What could be going on?
