My voice sounds very low and feminine even though I'm a guy is there any way to make it deeper and bolder without surgery like thyroplasty

Yes, there are techniques to deepen your voice. You can train your vocal cords and breathing to achieve a lower, more resonant sound. Focusing on breath control, posture, and vocal exercises can help you develop a deeper, more masculine voice.

I've recently recovered from COVID, but I'm starting to feel some symptoms that worry me. I've got a sore throat, pain under my tongue, and irritation in my throat. I'm sneezing a lot too, and I have a history of maxillary sinus issues and nasal deviation. It feels like I might be dealing with COVID-like symptoms again, but I don't have a fever. Should I be concerned about this recurrence, and what can I do to alleviate these symptoms?

I've been feeling like my head is spinning all of a sudden, and it's making me feel queasy too. I saw someone about it, and they said it's vertigo. I started taking vertin16mg, and I'm just wondering if that's enough, or should I go back to see the doctor again?

I'm waking up with a really weird sensation, like there's something rubbery or mucus-like stuck in my throat or behind my voice box. I've had post-nasal drip before and even saw an ENT specialist about it. I don't have any allergies. I had a CT scan a couple of months ago, and it showed minimal mucosal thickening in my right maxillary sinus. I also used a Netipot for about a week. Now, I'm dealing with some nasal obstruction. Could this obstruction be the reason for the rubbery mucus feeling?
