Titres suggest active or recent typhoid. Breastfeeding can continue; typhoid does not transmit via milk. Avoid raw food, maintain hygiene. Follow prescribed antibiotics.

Hello sir, in my blood test report, Typhi O 1/160 is positive, but I do not have fever. I feel light chest pain and pain below the chest in the middle part, as well as back pain.
