This is my Widal test report: Salmonella typhi O 1:320 dilutions, Salmonella typhi H 1:160 dilutions, Salmonella typhi AH negative, and Salmonella typhi BH negative. Is this a typhoid attack or not? I am a breastfeeding mother, and my baby is three months old. Will my baby get infected? Please give a clear explanation and suggest what kind of diet I should follow.

Titres suggest active or recent typhoid. Breastfeeding can continue; typhoid does not transmit via milk. Avoid raw food, maintain hygiene. Follow prescribed antibiotics.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Widal Test Test or Take a Typhidot Test Test

In my blood report S. typhi 1:80 is shown. I have been having fever for one week, which usually comes in the afternoon or evening and starts with chills. My doctor suggested me to take Emal injection for 3 days, and I have already taken one, but I am still concerned about my fever.
