My Widal test report from two weeks ago shows S. Typhi O at 1:160 and S. Typhi H at 1:320. I am a 34 year old male and would like to know if this indicates typhoid. If yes, please suggest the appropriate diet and medications. Additionally, a few bacteria were found in my urine, and some white fat was observed in the blood sample during the test.

These Widal values are suggestive but not confirmatory for typhoid. Bacteria in urine may suggest UTI. Dietary fat may explain lipemic blood.

I have attached my mother blood test report. She is having intermittent fever of 100 degrees F to 104 degrees F with no other symptoms.
