I have a fever, and my blood test report shows: S. Typhi O: 1:160 S. Typhi H: 1:320 What does this indicate, and what treatment or suggestions do you recommend?

These titers suggest possible typhoid. If fever persists or worsens, a blood culture is advised to confirm diagnosis and guide antibiotics.

View allI have been experiencing chills and a low grade fever for more than 20 days. I have taken paracetamol and cetirizine for chills and mild cold symptoms. The chills and shivering come and go but never completely go away. I had a CBC and malaria test done, and both were negative. Today, when I checked my temperature during an episode of chills, it was normal (98F). Currently, I am experiencing chills along with a headache. What should I do?

I have been experiencing fever around 104F for the past 3 to 4 days, which sometimes comes and goes, along with a bad sore throat, dizziness, flu symptoms, and fatigue. I had a Widal test for typhoid, and the result came back positive. The report also notes that titres in excess of 1:80 are probably significant.
