I have been experiencing continuous headache for the past 4 to 5 days along with intermittent fever. My malaria test is negative, and according to the lab assistant, my typhoid test is positive. My typhoid report shows:

TH: 1:60
BH and AH: Not detected
I am confused whether this indicates typhoid or not, and if not, what could be causing my headache and fever? Please advise.
