My wife is 15 weeks pregnant. Her urine test report shows: Albumin: Trace Epithelial cells: 3 to 7/hpf Bacteria: Present Could you please advise what steps should be taken and if this requires treatment?

These findings may indicate a mild urinary tract infection (UTI), common in pregnancy. A repeat urine culture is essential. Hydration and physician-guided antibiotics may be needed. Please take a urine culture test.
