My wife is 8 months pregnant and is now experiencing skin rashes all over her body. Her recent SGPT test report shows values above the normal range (more than 20 units). Please advise what this could indicate and what steps should be taken.

Elevated SGPT may suggest pregnancy related liver changes (like ICP). Needs LFT and bile acids test urgently.
