My blood tests for rheumatoid arthritis and gout came back negative. I do not drink alcohol or smoke, and I am slightly overweight. Despite this, some doctors are suggesting it might be rheumatoid arthritis, but I am confused given my test results. I would like guidance on what could be causing these symptoms and what steps I should take next.

Respected Doctors, my mom is already taking medicines for sugar and blood pressure. For the last few months she has been having shoulder and joint pain. My dad and mom went to an orthopedic doctor and got medicines for the problem. I will attach the prescription and all other details including her blood test report.
