My wife has a scar on her left eyebrow that sometimes causes sharp, injection-like pain and a small wound underneath. A doctor suggested using Tbact Ointment, but we're wondering if there are other treatments to reduce the scar without plastic surgery. What options are available for scar reduction that don't involve surgery?

Scar-related pain near the eyebrow can be treated with ointments like Mederma or silicone gel sheets; plastic surgery isn't always required unless cosmetic correction is desired.

I've had multiple small lipomas on both hands for the past 23 years, with some on my stomach and chest too. About 12 of them hurt when pressed hard. New ones keep appearing, and some older ones are getting bigger. Every doctor I've seen says surgery is the only option, but there are so many and I'm worried about scarring. Is there a safe treatment that can stop new lipomas from forming?

I've got this really frustrating red rash on my thigh near the private area. I tried using Miconazole nitrate with fluocinolone acetonide cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. The first time I had this rash, I used dermi ford cream, and it cleared up, but now the rash has come back. Any idea what I should do next?
