I've got this really frustrating red rash on my thigh near the private area. I tried using Miconazole nitrate with fluocinolone acetonide cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. The first time I had this rash, I used dermi ford cream, and it cleared up, but now the rash has come back. Any idea what I should do next?

I'm a mom to a 10-month-old baby boy, and I've noticed his skin is quite dark. I'm really hoping to enhance his skin tone. Could you share some safe skin whitening tips for babies? I'm worried about any potential side effects these might have, and I'm curious if the changes would be permanent. Just want to make sure it's safe for my little one.

Thats noraml and equally healthy no need to worry .

I'm really struggling with acne and pigmentation issues that I've had for the past two months. My doctor put me on zithrox 250 three times a week for three months, and I'm using acnicin sunscreen and acne uv gel with SPF 30, plus a hyperpigmentation cream with tyrodin, kojic acid, arbutin, vitamin C, and vitamin E. The acne's cleared up, but I still have some marks and scars left, especially on my cheeks. Any advice on what I can do next?

Is Tenovate a steroid cream? I came across two types: Tenovate cream base and Tenovate ointment base. I was told to use the cream base for my eczema blisters, but because of the dry weather, I switched to the ointment without talking to my doctor. Was that a mistake? Also, I've heard about Clobetasol being a steroid, is that true?

Yes you can have it no problem, moisturize it often and do not let your skin become dry and yes clobetosol is a steroid
