The doctor advised hemoglobin injections (Vitcofol 10 mL, 5 injections). Even after taking the injections, her hemoglobin only increased to 6.5 g/dL in about a month, and the stomachache persists. She is now taking homeopathic medication for her stomach, which has helped somewhat, but I am still worried about her very low hemoglobin. Kindly suggest what medication can help improve her hemoglobin and what could be the main reason for this condition.

My wife hemoglobin is 8.0 g/dL. I am giving her iron tablets. Can she receive iron injections as well? If yes, what is the name, dosage, and frequency of the injection?

Start with oral iron for 4to6 weeks. Injections only if tabs fail. Use Iron Sucrose under supervision. Recheck CBC, Ferritin in 1 month.
