My wife is suffering from dengue as per the test report, but I am unable to confirm if the report is correct. The doctor has prescribed Grenil tablet. I do not know if this medicine is appropriate. I am attaching the report here. Please advise what to do, whether the reports are okay, what her platelet count is, and if the medicine is effective or not?

Grenil (paracetamol) is commonly given for fever in dengue. If platelet count is stable and there are no bleeding signs, its okay. Focus on hydration and monitoring. Share platelets count with your doctor if unsure.

Sir, in my report, my platelet count is 50,000/cu.mm, WBC is 4,000, and RBC is 4,000. Please tell me if this is a critical case? I have shown this to a doctor, but they did not provide any advice.

Hi, my wife has a 7 months pregnancy and last week she suffered from fever. We consulted the doctor and took the medicines but a couple of days later her body filled with red rashes. We have gone through the CBP Dengue and other tests and the result of Dengue NS1 antigen is positive. I have attached the blood report. Could you please suggest the food and medicines?
