My wife is taking Thyroxin 125. Her latest TSH test result is 12. I would like to consult an endocrinologist to discuss whether her Thyroxin dose needs to be increased.

TSH is high, indicating underactive thyroid. Dose adjustment likely needed. Consult an endocrinologist.

Today she had palpitations with quite a lot of sweat. She says she feels better if she does not take the prescribed tablet but she is afraid too. Please let me know what needs to be done. Attached are the last blood test reports.
