Nilesh here. I have been suffering from hyperthyroidism for more than 2 years and am under treatment with Dr. Archana Juneja at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital. Despite treatment, my thyroid levels have not normalized. My latest report shows T3: 540.85, T4: 23.00, and TSH: less than 0.008. Please suggest what should be done next?

Values confirm persistent hyperthyroidism. You may need dose adjustment or alternate treatment like radioiodine or surgery if not responding to medication.

My mother has been a hypothyroidism patient for the past 5 years. Her latest test report from Thyrocare shows a very low TSH value, while T3 and T4 levels are within the normal range. Before consulting any specialist, I would like to understand the details of her case, confirm the diagnosis, and know if any additional tests or special investigations are required.

I have had a thyroid problem for the last 13 years and take Eltroxin, adjusting the dose according to my test results. I usually take 50 mg, but when my TSH level increased to 100, I increased the dose to 200 mg. Currently, my TSH is 0.025 and T4 is 33. Please advise what I should do.
