Today I got my thyroid levels checked after 2 months, and the results show T3: 7.30, T4: 3.20, and TSH: 0.037. Two months ago, my thyroid report was normal, so I reduced my Thyronorm from 50 mg to 37.5 mg (25+12.5 mg). I am very tense about these results, and I have also noticed weight gain. Please advise what I should do next.

Low TSH and high T3/T4 suggest overmedication. Your doctor may reduce dose further. Monitor levels every 6 to 8 weeks.

My TSH level in the recent report is 4.86. I would like to know if this means I have hypothyroidism. Also, should I go for a retest to confirm the result?
