Yes, in moderation. Natural antioxidants within the fruit make papaya a great choice for diabetics.

I've been dealing with this weird fruity smell on my breath and skin for about 13 months now, and my sweat has this strange syrupy scent too. My friend noticed it, and everything I read online points to diabetes. I had a full blood count done 3 months ago, and it came back fine, even with fasting. I'm really worried about thisdo you think I should see a doctor? I'm not having any other symptoms really, and I know I'm a self-diagnosed hypochondriac, but this just seems like it could be diabetes. What do you think?

I'm 17 and I've been worrying about my height lately. I'm around 5 feet 9 inches, but all my friends seem taller, like around 5ft 10 to 6ft. I kinda stopped getting taller when I was 14. I do lift weights, though nothing too intense. Is there anything I could do to possibly grow a couple more inches? I'd love to hit around 5 feet 11 or even 6 feet. Any advice would be great.

5 ft 9 inches is not an abnormal height for a 17 year old male. You will continue to gain height for a few more years. Train yourself to maintain good posture, eat a healthy diet and try to include more vertical exercises during your workouts such as basketball, hanging bars and yoga. Modify your diet to include multivitamins and minerals to boost your growth hormone levels.

I've been prescribed thyronorm tablets, and I'm a bit confused about when I can have other liquids or solid food afterwards. Do I need to wait for a specific amount of time, or is there a certain routine I should follow?
