View allI'm curious about vitamin D3 deficiency and how often I should take supplements. Is it more effective to take them weekly or just once a month? And how long should I be on them to see improvements?
If you have a vitamin D deficiency, it's typically recommended to take vitamin D3 weekly or monthly, depending on the severity of the deficiency, as prescribed by your doctor. Once your levels improve, your doctor will guide you on maintaining your levels with a daily dose or periodic supplementation.
