I'm feeling this weird bulging sensation in my throat along with really deep sleep and a lot of tiredness. My blood pressure feels low, and my hands are shaking a bit. I'm pretty concerned and not sure what to do. Any advice on what could be going on or how to handle this?

These symptoms could be indicative of hypothyroidism. I recommend consulting a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment plan. In the meantime, you can take Levothyroxine (brand name Synthroid) at a dosage of 25-50 mcg daily to help regulate thyroid hormone levels and alleviate symptoms. Additionally, ensure you are getting enough rest, staying hydrated, and eating a balanced diet to support overall health.
