I've been dealing with this issue on and off for a while now where I'm experiencing high breathing and a high heart rate. An ECG showed sinus tachycardia. Lately, I've been noticing an increase in urine production and have been having some stomach issues. There's water vomit full of air bubbles and my stool and urine are also showing air bubbles, even though the urine tests didn't detect any protein. I've become very sensitive to the cold and have been having a low-grade fever that reaches around 100 degrees. Could you help me understand what's going on?

View allWhat dosage of Thyronorm do you think I should take if my TSH levels are at 11.5? Should I stick to 50mcg or bump it up to 100mcg? I've been on 50mcg for about 16 years, but I've recently picked up a lot of physical activity and started a healthier diet. I stopped taking my meds for about three weeks and that's when my TSH came out high. What do you suggest I do now?
Given your TSH level of 11.5 and your history of taking 50 mcg of Thyronorm for 16 years, its important to consult with your doctor. Generally, they may recommend returning to your previous dosage (50 mcg), but they might adjust it based on how your body responds to training and dietary changes. Regular monitoring is key.

I have gynaecomastia and got conflicting advice my homeopathic doctor says it can be cured with medicine but the cosmetic surgeon insists surgery is the only option. Can homeopathy really reduce male breast tissue and if so how long would it take? I'm getting married in a year and want to know if it's possible without surgery
While homeopathic medicine may be used for gynecomastia, it's crucial to understand that its effectiveness is not scientifically proven and may vary significantly. Surgery is generally considered the most effective and reliable treatment for gynecomastia

I'm really anxious about my chest fat and it's starting to bother me a lot. Can you give me some advice on how to lose chest fat? I'm really concerned and would appreciate any suggestions you have.
One option for reducing chest fat is through regular exercise and a healthy diet. You can try incorporating cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, or cycling to help burn overall body fat, including chest fat. Additionally, strength training exercises targeting the chest muscles, such as push-ups, chest presses, and dumbbell flyes, can help tone and define the chest area. It's also important to maintain a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Remember to stay hydrated and get an adequate amount of sleep for overall health and weight management.
