For the past one month, I have been feeling fatigued and experiencing a low grade fever. My recent investigations include LFT, KFT, and CBC, which showed SGPT at 57. My urine report is normal, chest Xray is normal, Mantoux test is negative, and whole abdomen ultrasound is normal. My body temperature ranges from 96F to 100.2F. I am unsure about the cause of my symptoms and would like to know the possible reason and which specialist I should consult.

My baby is 10 months old and his weight is 8 kg. Now he is suffering from a running nose with fever and cough. We checked the baby temperature and it was 102 degrees. Fever is coming and it has continued for six days.
