For the past two months, I have been experiencing leg and body pain, along with a persistent feeling of tiredness, especially after office hours. This fatigue is significantly affecting both my personal and professional life. I have been regularly taking calcium (Cipcal 500) and multivitamin (ME 12 OD) supplements. I also underwent a complete blood check-up, and all reports, including Vitamin D levels, came back within normal limits. Despite this, the symptoms persist. I would request suggestions for suitable treatment, homeopathic or Ayurvedic options, if possible. I am also open to allopathic recommendations if needed.

If blood tests are normal, tiredness may be due to lifestyle, thyroid issues, or chronic fatigue. You may try mild exercise, hydration, and review your sleep. Consult a doctor for thyroid and iron test if not done.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test

Sir, I have been continuously suffering from pain in the back portion of my left foot. After consulting an orthopedic doctor, he suggested a blood test for uric acid and prescribed some medicines. However, after almost two months, I have not fully recovered. Now, my left hand forefingers have also started hurting. I also consulted a urologist, who said my uric acid levels are normal and advised me to get it checked by a neurologist. Kindly suggest the possible remedies for this problem.
