For the past two months I have been having an internal pain in both my knees. My blood report is normal and there is no external swelling or redness. However, I feel internally as though my knees are numb and in spite of doing basic exercises I feel a pressure on my knees while walking. This problem persists throughout the day, making it difficult for me to even walk. As of the past two months I have been facing problems in walking and hence I take rest at home. The orthopaedic doctor checked my knees externally and said there is no problem. I request you to suggest the remedy that I should do to cure this problem as I am in deep pain. Thank you.

Knee pressure, numbness, and no visible swelling could mean nerve or early joint issues. Since X ray is normal, further imaging may help.

View allAbout 9 months ago, I was experiencing almost daily body pain, and tests revealed Vitamin D insufficiency. My doctor prescribed medication at that time, which helped significantly. Now, I am in a different state, and the pain is returning. It usually starts in one leg upon waking up and then spreads up that side of the body. What should I do to manage or diagnose this issue?
