Hello sir/mam, my age is 31 and today my report has come. My vitamin D is 6. Please suggest proper medication or other treatment?

A vitamin D level of 6 is very low. You may need high dose vitamin D supplements (e.g. 60,000 IU weekly for 6 to 8 weeks) under medical supervision, followed by maintenance dose and sunlight exposure.

I underwent a full body checkup yesterday and received my report. I need consultation as several parameters are not within the normal range. Some of the highlighted abnormalities include: Total Cholesterol Serum at 120 mg/dl, Total Lipid at 305.60 mg/dl, Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy at 7.3 ng/ml, Bilirubin Total at 2.10 mg/dl, Bilirubin Direct at 0.83 mg/dl, Bilirubin Indirect at 1.27 mg/dl, and Urea/Creatinine Ratio at 37.74. I am attaching the screenshots of my blood and liver report for your reference. Please review them and suggest the appropriate medication and dietary changes.
