Hi Doctor. I need a suggestion on the medication course for my attached blood report for Vitamin D and cholesterol profile. Thanks, Rahul Bhalerao.

If Vitamin D is low, cholecalciferol 60k IU weekly for 8 weeks may be advised. For cholesterol issues, lifestyle modifications or statins may be needed depending on LDL.

I recently got a blood test report showing my Vitamin D level as 18.11 ng/mL. I am experiencing fatigue, unusual joint and muscle aches, and back pain. Could these symptoms be due to low Vitamin D? Should I take Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week? Please advise what I should do.
