I underwent a full body checkup yesterday and received my report. I need consultation as several parameters are not within the normal range. Some of the highlighted abnormalities include: Total Cholesterol Serum at 120 mg/dl, Total Lipid at 305.60 mg/dl, Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy at 7.3 ng/ml, Bilirubin Total at 2.10 mg/dl, Bilirubin Direct at 0.83 mg/dl, Bilirubin Indirect at 1.27 mg/dl, and Urea/Creatinine Ratio at 37.74. I am attaching the screenshots of my blood and liver report for your reference. Please review them and suggest the appropriate medication and dietary changes.

Vitamin D very low (7.3) start 60,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks. Mildly high bilirubin hydrate, avoid oily food/alcohol. Low cholesterol (120) is okay if no symptoms. Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, and get daily sunlight. Repeat Vitamin D and LFT after 2 months for monitoring.
Dr. Vasanthasree Suggests...
Take a Vitamin D Test Test or Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test
