In 2014 I had joint pain and doctor after seeing blood report said I have vitamin D problem. Treatment was done for 6 months. Later I was fine. Again now from one week my joints are paining and have swelling in ankle and feet which stays the whole day and increases in evening. Which doctor I need to consult?

Recurrence of joint pain and swelling may point to a vitamin D deficiency or an inflammatory joint issue like arthritis. A rheumatologist or orthopedician would be the right specialist to consult.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a Vitamin D (1,25 Dihydroxy Cholecalciferol) Test or Take a RA Factor Test (Rheumatoid Factor) Test

We have done an X ray and blood tests, and both came back normal. So far, we have consulted three orthopedic doctors, but she has not found any relief from the pain.

Hi, I have been living in Chennai for the past 8 months. My skin is of wheatish complexion, but it has become dull and darker, likely due to the weather. My hands, which are already darker than my overall body tone, have also become very dark. Even when I use sunscreen, I have tried Lotus and Rivela, my face still looks instantly darker. I have also tried various home remedies to remove tan, but they have not worked. I am now considering using dermocosmetic products. Are they effective? Can they provide permanent results in removing the darkness from my skin? Kindly suggest.
