Hello doctor, my mom is 55 years old. Her hemoglobin level and platelet count are normal, and she is not anemic, but she still has consistent body pains and feels very tired. Can you help me understand the reason for this?

Normal hemoglobin and platelets rule out anemia. Persistent body pain and fatigue may indicate vitamin deficiency. Common causes include low Vitamin D or B12. Thyroid imbalance can also lead to tiredness. Further tests can help pinpoint the cause.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a VITAMIN B12 Test or Take a 25-HYDROXY VITAMIN D (D2+D3) Test

I often feel very sad, have no enthusiasm for anything, and feel like giving up easily. My sleeping patterns have changed drastically, I either sleep too much or very little. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
