I am pregnant and have a Vitamin D deficiency. My neurologist prescribed Nervon Forte. Is it safe to take this medicine during pregnancy?

Nervon Forte is a vitamin supplement often containing B vitamins and sometimes other nutrients to support nerve health and deficiencies. It is generally safe during pregnancy, but it is important to confirm with your obstetrician before continuing any supplement to ensure it aligns with your pregnancy care. Since you have vitamin D deficiency, ensure you continue your vitamin D supplements as advised, and monitor your vitamin D levels during pregnancy.

I got blood tests done on the advice of the doctor and I do not have sugar or thyroid. I have vitamin D deficiency though. What could be the possible reason for this white patch? There is no patch on any other part of the body, only on the neck.

I have been experiencing headache, chest pain, and body aches throughout the day. I have undergone all cardiac tests, and they came out normal. However, my blood report shows the following results: ESR: 3 mm/hour Uric Acid: 7.4 mg/dL Vitamin D3: 16.4 ng/mL Could these findings be the cause of my symptoms?
