I am pregnant and have a Vitamin D deficiency. My neurologist prescribed Nervon Forte. Is it safe to take this medicine during pregnancy?

I have Beryllium deficiency with a level of 0.03 micro gm/l, whereas the normal range is 0.1 to 0.8. I also have vitamin D deficiency with a level of 12.37 ng/ml, whereas the normal range is 30 to 100. My high sensitivity C reactive protein is 5.3 mg/l, whereas the normal range is? What does this mean?
