I am looking for the best calcium supplement to strengthen my bones for the long term. I have been taking Uprise D3 60,000 IU for two months and am attaching my recent report for your reference.

Great that you are focusing on bone health. After high dose Vitamin D, you can shift to a maintenance dose. Calcium citrate is usually well absorbed. Include milk, leafy greens, and regular walking, too. Opt for early morning sunlight walks.

My wife has been suffering from upper back pain for the past 20 days. Initially, the pain was radiating, but now it has become localized to a pinpoint area in the upper middle back. We have done an X ray and blood tests, and both came back normal. So far, we have consulted three orthopedic doctors, but she has not found any relief from the pain.

Hello Doctor. I have done a full body checkup including blood test, urine test, LFT, and vitamin D. I found my vitamin D level very low at 4.5 ng/ml. Should I go for further tests, or can you suggest some supplements? I have attached my report. One reason for low vitamin D is lack of sunlight exposure, which I will take care of now. Please suggest.
