I have been suffering from a slipped disc for the past four months. My blood report shows a deficiency in Vitamin B12 and D3. Could you please suggest which calcium supplement or medicines I should take for these deficiencies? Currently, I am taking Gemcal Plus.

Gemcal Plus is fine. You may also take vitamin B12 supplements (1500 mcg daily) and vitamin D3 (60,000 IU weekly for 6 to 8 weeks). Consult your doctor before starting. Adequate rest for a slipped disc, as well as back support without strenuous work, will improve a slipped disc

View allHi, I have been suffering from gastric problems for the past 1.5 years and have been taking allopathic medicines. However, during this time, my Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels became low. I am looking for a permanent cure that addresses the root cause without side effects. Is there a homeopathic treatment available for this? Please advise.

My baby is 9 months old but cannot sit or crawl yet. We consulted a neurologist, and the doctor recommended a BERA test. Is this necessary?

I am 30 years old and have been experiencing knee pain for the past month. My X ray shows no abnormalities, and doctors suggest it might be due to calcium deficiency. I am taking calcium supplements and have been undergoing physiotherapy sessions for the last 15 days, but the pain persists. My blood test shows an ESR count of 44. Could you please advise if this is something serious and what further steps I should take?
