I have been suffering from a slipped disc for the past four months. My blood report shows a deficiency in Vitamin B12 and D3. Could you please suggest which calcium supplement or medicines I should take for these deficiencies? Currently, I am taking Gemcal Plus.

Gemcal Plus is fine. You may also take vitamin B12 supplements (1500 mcg daily) and vitamin D3 (60,000 IU weekly for 6 to 8 weeks). Consult your doctor before starting. Adequate rest for a slipped disc, as well as back support without strenuous work, will improve a slipped disc
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Vitamin D Test Test

I have numbness in my hands and legs so the local doctor suggested some tests. Please see my reports and tell me if all my tests are normal. Is there any problem with my report? I have an avulsion fracture that has not healed even after 7 weeks in plaster. I recently did blood tests, which showed low vitamin D levels. I have started taking vitamin D tablets.
