Can I take flaxseed powder in the morning on an empty stomach while I am on medication for Vitamin D3 deficiency (level 3.17 ng/mL) and PCOS? All my other tests are normal. I have attached my scan report and medication details for reference. Please review and advise as soon as possible. Thank you.

Yes, flaxseed is safe and can support hormone balance. Your Vitamin D3 level is low, and supplementation is necessary. Continue PCOS medication as prescribed. Review with doctor regularly.
