As per my blood report, my lymphocyte count is low (18), and my monocyte count is high (10.4). What does this mean?

I got a complete body profile test and found that my hemoglobin and RBC are below average. Please tell me how to increase them. My serum triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol are above average; please tell me how to decrease them. My thyroid is under control because of medications, but if possible, can you tell me how to manage thyroid without medications? I have attached my report. I got my blood test done today, and after receiving the report, I noticed that only my lymphocyte count and ESR are outside the reference range. My lymphocyte count is 48, and my ESR is 28. I would like to know if this is something to be concerned about or if I need to take any medication for it.
